when creativity feels
harder than it should
Your creative struggle is telling you something.
Maybe you've been told to push harder. To be more disciplined, build better systems, charge you're worth, and stop procrastinating by just doing it somehow.
And maybe some of that advice has helped.
But if knowing what to do - and criticizing yourself when you don't - were enough, you'd already be doing it.

You are creative, curious, and innovative under the right conditions.
We don't see your struggle as proof that you're not good enough. We see it as information - a sign that something that you need has not yet been supported.
So we ask different questions.
What conditions help you create?
What stories are shaping the way you see yourself and your work?
What support is missing?
What do you need to learn, experiment, and take creative risks?

Human to human
I'd love to talk about what you're making
I believe supporting makers can change the world.
Psychology
10+ yrs Working Beneath the Making
For more than a decade I've applied psychology towards challenges beneath the work. And it's shown me that you can be deeply ambitious about your work without sacrificing your wellbeing for it.
We'll take a warm, practical approach to understand what's getting in the way, develop strategies that fit for you, and create healthier ways of working, communicating, leading and creating.
Humanity
Samwise to Creative Frodos
Sometimes your creative business can feel like carrying the full weight of your mission, the people involved, pricing and money, and decisions big and small.
I'm here to support you, bring in helpful tools, and lighten the load. I don't pretend to have all the answers, but I do know how to support you and your team - the humans behind the work.
Possibility
Finding Your Own Way
I believe people are so much more than the problems we are trying to solve. We are more than our productivity, our roles, or whatever we may be facing right now. And I believe creative businesses can be places where people do genuinely meaningful and innovative work and live fulfilling creative lives.
I work particularly well with people who don't fit neatly into the expected mold - rebels and misfits, unconventional thinkers, neurodivergent creatives, and people whose voices are often silenced or overlooked.
