You teach the craft. I support the human behind the learning.

This is for creative educators, mentors, and community builders. You started this work to pass along knowledge that could genuinely help fellow creatives, business owners, and freelancers.

You've put thought into what you teach, the resources you provide, and the support you offer. You've helped people build skills, develop their craft, grow their businesses, and learn new ways of working.

And yet, you've probably also noticed that some of your students or mentees struggle. Some have difficulty showing up consistently, keep hitting a block, or tell you that the know something but just can't seem to implement it. And those same folks can drop out of programs and communities -even though what you're teaching is what they need -because there's a capacity gap.

Sometimes, by the time creatives and business owners reach you for courses, coaching, and community, they have already been carrying years of stress, burnout, self-doubt, unhelpful beliefs, and patterns learned to survive in their old way of doing things - the very things you are trying to teach them to change.

When our capacity is limited, we struggle to learn or to open our mind up to new thinking and ideas. This means you may be offering excellent guidance, and to them it's "just another thing" they feel they're failing at.

This is where I come in - as a partner, companion, and gal-in-the-chair. You bring your expertise. I bring the psychology. And together we can bridge the gap between knowing and doing.

Which means the people hiring you feel even more seen, can actually implement what you are telling them, and can actually find the success, peace, and better systems you want for them.

My role isn't to replace the expertise you've already built, but to compliment it.
